Polo Club is a large, well appointed family home, with extensive living areas . The main living area is huge, with a sunken lounge area, dominated by a large stone fireplace and lots of seating. The second living area has a large TV, comfortable seating, Xbox, pool table & Physiotherm Sauna. There is a combined drying room / laundry and a separate toilet off the entry foyer.
There are a couple of play and reading areas on each side of the main living area, a large dining table to seat all the family and a well equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen has a large 90cm stove, a coffee machine ( BYO beans) and a large fridge - there is also a 'drinks' fridge in the second living area.
There is an updated bathroom, a separate toilet and a queen bedroom off the living area, as well as large doors leading onto the deck. The deck has a great BBQ and a 'fire pit' for the chilly evenings.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and a single bed, one with two sets of bunks and a single bed.There is a separate toilet and a bathroom on this floor.
All the queen beds and bedding are new for winter 2019.
Great for the extended family or several families holidaying together.
