All of our properties are fully equipped. We also supply:

  • All sheets, towels, pillowslips, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels
  • Beds are made up for your arrival, except for single night summer bookings
  • Towels are not supplied for spa pools.
  • Doonas and pillows for all beds excluding day beds and sofa beds
  • Firewood and starter pack of kindling, firelighters, matches
  • Toilet paper, guest soaps (1 per bed space)
  • Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets
  • Aluminium foil and plastic wrap
  • Garbage and recycle bags
  • Gas bottles for BBQ's where indicated

Bookings can be made through our live on line system, via email or by calling the office during office hours on the numbers on the home page. Please note the advertised rates on the website take precedence over any rate charged by the online system.

Bookings are confirmed by a confirmation email from our office, or by post if you do not have an email address. On Line bookings receive an automated confirmation at the time that your deposit / full payment is approved. If you do not receive a confirmation from RMS on Line then you may have entered an incorrect email address, please call the office to check that we have the correct email address.

For on line bookings, a 50 % deposit or full payment if booking is made within 45 days of arrival (30 days during non winter season months) is required by credit card to confirm your booking. Bookings made through the office require a 50% deposit paid within 7 days or full payment if booking is made within 45 days of arrival ( 30 days during non winter season months). Payment is by Mastercard, Visa, or Direct Deposit. Full terms and conditions of booking are available from the Booking tab on the main menu.

Key Collection: Will be from the key safe adjacent to the front door of the property that you are staying in. The code to the key safe and the address of the property will be sent to you by email & SMS by 4pm on the day of check in, if the property is available for a 2pm check in, the code will be sent to you by that time.

Check in Procedure: We will need to have your credit card number and the signed bond form on file, before sending you the key safe code. Guests who have booked through our on line service, and have not given this office their credit card details after they made the booking will still need to provide credit card details as the on line service provider does not give us card details, for security reasons.

We will have emailed the bond form to you with your booking confirmation, if you have not already done so, please sign, scan or photograph and send back to info@accommdinnerplain.com.au as an attachment

If you cannot locate the bond form, email or phone us and we will happily send it again.

RMS on Line do not forward any credit card details to us for security reasons.

The Property Listing for each property identifies the maximim number of persons, including children & babies allowed to occupy the property. Some properties may accommodate additional babies in their own cots, however this should be checked prior to or at time of booking. In the case of overpopulation of a property without prior permission, ASDP reserves the right to immediately terminate the booking without refund or to charge the occupants additional tariff for the additional persons.

Only one property has Wifi, all of the other properties do not have Wifi.

Telstra & Optus mobile broadband is available throughout the village on your smartphone, tablet or wifi modem. Vodaphone does not work in Dinner Plain.

Please note: during busy periods, internet speeds may be very slow
