Now you can hire a Telstra Prepaid Wireless Broadband
Modem, charged with the recharge denomination of
your choice, and surf the net, download a movie
or check those emails with ease.
Simply book your modem, and pay the hire and access
charges by credit card or Direct Credit prior to
arrival. On check in at our office, pay your cash
bond, collect your charged modem, complete with
all the necessary accessories and instructions and
you are ready to go.
Getting ‘ On Line’ in Dinner Plain has
never been easier – and all from the comfort
of your accommodation!
How To Pre Book your Modem
1. Complete the hire
agreement downloaded from here and email back
to us at info@accommdinnerplain.com.au or fax to
0351 596 690.
2. Read the terms & conditions of hire as stated
below, you will be asked to sign your agreement
on arrival, if you are not able to send us a scanned
copy that has been signed by you.
3. Arrange to pay hire and data volume charges by
credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Direct Credit
– either call the office on 0351596696 or
email us for details.
4. Have a $200.00 cash bond ready when you check
in and collect your modem. You can also sign the
hire agreement at check in, if you have not already
done so, and we will give you a copy.
5. On departure, return the modem and all accessories
in good order and your bond will be returned to
you.
6. What we will charge you:

Volume Charge - please select the data
volume charge that will suit your usage. Modems
can be recharged at our office at any time during
your stay, on payment of the recharge amount.

Prepaid Modem Hire Terms
and Conditions
Definitions:
Modem includes: 1 x Telstra
prepaid modem and cap, 1 x SIM card,
Accessories Includes: 1 x USB extension cable,
1 x modem case, 1 x Lanyard, 1x User Manual, 1
x Getting Started Guide.
ASDP – Accommodation Services of Dinner
Plain, including all directors, employees and
contractors.
1. Hire Fee shall be charged at a flat rate of
$25 per week (7 nights) or part thereof.
2. A Late Return Fee of $10 per night or part
thereof shall be paid / deducted from bond held,
on return of the modem and accessories.
3. ASDP will not hire a modem to any person without
the payment of a $200 cash bond.
4. Non Return of Modem as defined above will result
in no refund of bond, and deactivation of modem.
5. Non Return of Accessories will result in a
$50.00 penalty being deducted from bond for each
item not returned up to a maximum of $200.00.
6. Damage to Modem as defined above will result
in no refund of bond.
7. Damage to Accessories will result in a $50.00
penalty being deducted from bond for each item
damaged up to a maximum of $200.00.
8. There will be no refund of any unused portion
of data volume charge on return of the modem.
9. There will be no refund of any unused portion
of the hire charge in the event of early return
of the modem.
10. ASDP is not responsible for non performance
of the modem in the event of failure by Telstra
to provide a broadband wireless service to Dinner
Plain and surrounding areas, or a loss of electrical
power to the village, or any other event over
which ASDP has no control.
